Structural Principle
The structure of pneumatic angle seat valve is relatively simple, mainly including valve body, valve, spring, piston, and diaphragm. Among them, the valve body is the main part of the pneumatic angle seat valve, used to connect pipelines. Valves are crucial components for controlling fluid flow. Springs and pistons are usually located below the valve to provide the force to close the valve. The diaphragm is used to transmit air pressure signals above the valve, thereby achieving opening and closing.
 
Working Principle
Pneumatic angle seat valve is a control valve that controls the opening and closing of the valve disc through air pressure signals. It is composed of components such as valve body, valve, spring, piston, and diaphragm. When the pressure signal provided by the air source acts on the piston, the valve is pushed upwards through the action of the diaphragm, thereby achieving a fluid path. When the air source stops providing a pressure signal, the spring acts to close the valve and cut off the fluid path.
